The website and mobile application to be used with our Services are not available or accessible to the general public, as access is limited to the use of Participants and their respective Supervisor(s) only. We will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with, our Services.

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes to this Policy by sending notice to the primary email address you provided, text message, direct message on the mobile app and/or by posting a prominent notice on our website prior to the effective date of the changes in your account. Significant changes will go into effect thirty (30) days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately.
