Simple steps for the Participant
Using our website, sign up as a "Participant". A User ID and Password will be assigned to access our mobile app.
Get our app from the App Store or Google Play.
Enter required information, including the initial biometric facial scan.
Begin receiving alerts and chat requests.
Using our website sign up as a "Supervisor". A User ID and Password will be assigned to access our on-line platform.
Once logged in, enter required information to complete your Profile.
A list of your assigned Participants will be accessible.
One-touch click to display Participant's status.
Simple steps to understand once you have registered
Upon receipt of a check-in request, you have 60 Minutes to respond.
Using the biometric Face ID scan, you will confirm your identity and your location will be recorded.
Use the confidential Group Chat option to communicate with your Supervisor.
Log in on the website or mobile app to update personal information in your Profile.
A list of assigned Participants will be accessible.
View Check-ins, locations, drug/alcohol test results and so much more.
A Chat option is provided to communication with a Participant. This is where drug and alcohol test requests are made.
E-mail alerts are received when a Participant fails a check-in or a drug/alcohol test.
